Formal Living Room

The formal living room, filled with sunlight and sea breezes, has a bay window with stunning ocean views, a working fireplace, and 2 sets of French doors that open onto a paved terrace facing the formal English garden and arbor.

Formal Dining Room

The elegant dining room, also with spectacular ocean views, offers many options for dining. There is a working fireplace, 2 antique sideboards, and a grand antique dining table that extends to seat up to 20 people. If you feel like enjoying a meal outside and breathing in the fresh, sea air, simply open the dining room door and step onto the ocean terrace to eat al fresco. Or in the mornings, take your coffee or tea into the conservatory, off of the dining room, and bask in the warmth of the sun.

The Library/Family Room

The library/family room is a comfortable, welcoming room with a large, bright window wall overlooking, and with access to, the ocean terrace. There is a flat screen T.V., working fireplace, cabinets full of family games and puzzles, and books to peruse.

Kitchen

The large, sunny kitchen with a Thermador range affords plenty of counterspace for preparing meals. On one side of the kitchen is a large adjacent pantry, with another sink, a dishwasher and a drinks fridge, that connects to the dining room. Also attached to the kitchen are a cozy breakfast room, a bathroom with a walk in shower, a laundry room, and a boot room.

The Bedrooms

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is centrally located and boasts breathtaking ocean and coastline views from three sides. There is either a king bed or two twins, a large double closet, an en-suite bathroom, and an adjoining bedroom with a trundle bed, perfect for children. There is also an ocean view balcony with a beautiful wrought iron railing leading to the “Green Room”

The “Green Room”

Located in the west wing of the house, the large, exquisitely wallpapered, “Green Room” has either a king bed or two twins, stunning views of the formal garden and the ocean, a walk in closet, a decorative fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom. There is also an ocean view balcony leading to the master bedroom.

The “Yellow Room”

Also located in the west wing is the “Yellow Room” which has a lovely view of the formal garden and arbor as well as a view of the circular drive and surrounding trees. There is a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with 2 closets on either side.

The Twin Rooms

In the east wing of the house, there are two cozy, comfortable bedrooms, originally the maids’ rooms, each with a twin bed, gorgeous ocean views, and a shared bath with a tub off the hall way.
