Living Areas

Formal Living Room

The formal living room, filled with sunlight and sea breezes, has a bay window with stunning ocean views, a working fireplace, and 2 sets of French doors that open onto a paved terrace facing the formal English garden and arbor.

Formal Dining Room

The elegant dining room, also with spectacular ocean views, offers many options for dining. There is a working fireplace, 2 antique sideboards, and a grand antique dining table that extends to seat up to 20 people. If you feel like enjoying a meal outside and breathing in the fresh, sea air, simply open the dining room door and step onto the ocean terrace to eat al fresco. Or in the mornings, take your coffee or tea into the conservatory, off of the dining room, and bask in the warmth of the sun.

The Library/Family Room

The library/family room is a comfortable, welcoming room with a large, bright window wall overlooking, and with access to, the ocean terrace. There is a flat screen T.V., working fireplace, cabinets full of family games and puzzles, and books to peruse.

The large, sunny kitchen with a Thermador range affords plenty of counterspace for preparing meals. On one side of the kitchen is a large adjacent pantry, with another sink, a dishwasher and a drinks fridge, that connects to the dining room. Also attached to the kitchen are a cozy breakfast room, a bathroom with a walk in shower, a laundry room, and a boot room.
